THE TACIT RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ERGONOMIC WORK ANALYSIS AND THE THEORY OF COMPLEXITY

摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to show that ergonomic work analysis can be supported by the theory of complexity to improve understanding of farmers work in a family farm production unit. It seeks to elucidate the tacit relationship between ergonomics and the theory of complexity, showing that ergonomic work analysis is a tool capable of revealing the complexity of the agricultural work system, since its input into the system is precisely work activity, which performs an integrative function in the family farm production unit.
