Influence of aging in safe work-from aspect of industrial accidents
The aging of workers is observed with the aging of population. We should have the following two viewpoints, when performing an advanced age workers management for occupational safety and hygiene. First, we have to perform an advanced age workers health care administration because the worker of advanced age often has the disease. Next, we have to perform work management and work environment management, because the physiological and psychological characters change in connection with aging. In this report, the work-related accidents were examined from the viewpoints of aging. Moreover, we examined the work conditions & ergonomics and work environmental management to fit the aged workers character.
