The Security of Information: Management of activity in the control room of a Bank

摘要：

This study is a review about the activity of operators in a security information control room in its cognitive dimension. The schemes, the individual or shared representations, the regulatory strategies of the course of the activity that is dynamic, end up revealing the conflict between performance and objectives of the task, between qualitative and quantitative requirements, and between the operator and safety.
