An Ezamination of the Safety Management for Children
An infant often behaves uniquely and unexpectedly. So it is difficult for adults to foresee his/her behavior. One of the examples of his/her behavior is mis-swallow, which sometimes gives an infant large damage. So, we must avoid “unexpectedness as much as possible. In this study, we examined infants unique behavior or unique characteristics based on the columns of magazines of child-care. Especially, we would examine the mechanism of the infants behavior from the viewpoint of cognitive science. As a result, an infant tend to make his/her decision of behavior “after his/her attention to the object. Furthermore, we examined the reason of the above. As a result, it is found out that “imitation to the parents together with “affordance of the object had strong influence to the infants behavior. Therefore, we conclude that the parents of the infant should review themselves not only to make measures for the infant, in order to control of the infants unexpected and abrupt behavior to some degree.
