Study on the Influences upon Performance of Man-machine Work Posed by Man-machine-environment Factors

The performance of man-machine work is subject to influences posed by many such factors as man, machine and environment. This essay aims to study the influences from the aspects of man, machine and environment by qualitative analysis, using man-machine-environment system engineering theory, and on this ground, influences on man-machine performance by such typical environmental factors as temperature, humidity, noise and illumination are explored in detail, with a quantitative model. This essay shall lay a fundament not only for studying the quantitative influence by one single factor, but the synthetic influences by multiple factors as well.
