The LOFH method: a new subjective work analysis
The LOFH method is a subjective work analysis which provides ways of improving work situations. The LOFH tool consists of four evaluation grids which constitute a discussion support for a group of operators from the same work unit. At the end of the assessment, the results are presented in the form of a simple synthetic visual picture (a quadrangle inside a diamond). LOFH tool is updated annually. It is a co-participatory construction approach. To exemplify, some results from two successive campaigns led in a CEA centre are presented.
