Knowledge and Competence Involved in the Stabilishment of a Standardized Flight Safety Training
This article introduces the process of implementation of PROLOFT -Experimental Program of Standardization of LOFT in a Brazilian airline company. LOFT - Line Oriented Flight Training - consists in the practice of CRM - Crew Resource Management - concepts. This is an advanced training of flight safety in simulated scenery consisting in predicting abnormalities that will enable pilots to practice the situated management of flights. The methodology is WEA-Work Ergonomics Analysis and, more specifically, in the conversational action and in the systematic observation. We concluded that the process of situated standardization is an effective tool for the implementation of patterns of training in the context of a sociotechnical construction.
