Ergonomics and sustainable development in mussel cultivation
From the assumption that mariculture is increasing, this paper discusses proposals for the ergonomics contribution into sustainable development of Small Groups Productive with family characteristics (GPPPf). The results have been indicated the adoption of techniques and knowledge involved in ergonomics domains, especially in the areas of physical ergonomics and organizational ergonomics within the production engineering, without neglecting other aspects. These aspects aim to engage people, the productive activity, and the environment, related to the mussel perna perna cultivation, as a proposal to incorporate social, economic and environmental dimensions of sustainability.
