Sustainability and Human Factors – Chances and Risks –

Sustainability is a topic for Human Factors. This paper will first offer some clarification for this statement. Taking the understanding of the triple bottom line, social responsibility is one of the pillars of sustainability. This fits very well with Human Factors and ergonomics, but also the economic and ecological dimension are of relevance in this context.
