Risk Of Development Of Musculoskeletal System Disorders In Agricultural Workers
One of the problems for hygienists of labour and occupational pathologies is prevention of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, particularly that of the locomotor apparatus. The main cause of morbidity and accidents at enterprises of agricultural type is organizational, technical and technological errors, infringement of hygienic, sanitary and psycho -physiological standards. The analysis and generalization of the data of the scientific literature and results of personal researches showed that by principal reasons of origin of the different pathological states of musculoskeletal system at the inspected categories of workers are: lack of observance of ergonomic requirements at the workplace while designing and producing of agricultural; machinery, inadequate organization of the workplace; permission to work for people who due to physiological reasons are predisposed to the development of musculoskeletal system disorders; presence in the workplace of hazardous environmental factors exceeding the permissible levels (noise, vibration, dust, chemical substances, etc.); forced body posture while performing work activities; lack of constant medical monitoring of the state of health of workers employed in agriculture
