Management Ergonomics in Popularization of Sophisticated Products II
Sophisticated products may involve various types of practical difficulties not only in operations of engineers activities but also in operational management activities; therefore the managers may face to various types of management difficulties when they intend to popularize newly developed products. The difficulty is lurking not only in the market but also in the firm, where he belongs, and further, even in the elapsed time axis. Those latent difficulties would be deeply related to human nature that is the ergonomic factors of human behavior. A principle of the management ergonomics has been organized in this concept based on the theory of macro-logics. The concept of management ergonomics may help to solve such problems if it fits to the occasions. The principle of the concept followed by some practical applications is introduced in this paper.
