Uses of the management indicators : what impacts on occupational health and security ? The ergonomics point of view
Management indicators serve “to pilot performance. Managers in firm are brought to take decisions in relation to these indicators. Then the question in ergonomics is to know what reveal these tools. In the following research we have in a first time analyzed the operators activity. Then, we compared these results with those of the trace analysis done on an indicator of production management. It is evident from this comparison a shift between that that reveals the indicator and the activity of operators. Notably, compromises made to reach the production and the cost of these compromises is not taken in account.
