Emergent country industrialization: elements for a lasting development of work systems

Current globalization of the economy drove to many countries development and the industrialization. These so-called “emergent countries see firms increasing as the rate of use. If at its time the anthropotechnology had shown failures many technology transfers of countries of the “North toward countries to the “South ; what is it some today? The work internationalisation is accompanied by a more complex process than the one of technology transfers. Firms of the “emergent countries dont only buy the stranger technologies and dont produce that for themselves. They organize themselves, adjust, complexify themselves, make certify themselves and export sometimes toward countries of the “North, sometimes produce for themselves toward countries of the “South and sometimes by a very varied way. So they are in interaction with the world. Facing the competition, performance requirement is increased constantly and resilience factors of these firms are often met by operators so that their work and life conditions are affected by them.
