The ergonomics causes a paradigm shift in the relationship of man-work, criticizing the Taylor The focus of this article, is related to the optimization of organizational systems, including organizational structures, policies and procedures, management of people, organization of work, finally, the new paradigms of work. The focus of organizational ergonomics study is known, internationally, as ODAM (Organizational Design and Management) and, for many authors, is synonymous of macroergonomia. There is no consensus on the concept of organizational maturity for the various types of companies. For example, mature can mean industries with smaller creativity and greater attention to detail and pragmatism. This is not the case of software companies, because maturity might involve the ability to field processes, and for that, it seeks a dynamic, adaptability to change and advance. The models of maturity of projects require the mapping, measurement, evaluation and control of processes: commit only with the estimated and planned work; monitor implementation on the plan, ensuring that the work meets the quality standards established. That way, someone could make the association that the organization that is oriented on the maturity principle would decrease the gap between prescribed work and real, which is the subject of the labor issues in ergonomics. Therefore, the growth of many companies appear to be accidental, which would be in disagreement with the concept of maturity that would be linked to the ability to understand the environment, to antecipate, pro-activity and flexibility in the level of structures, processes and people.
