Change of human body’s heart rate and sweating rate when marching with heavy load under normal temperature conditions

The changes of human bodys heart rate and sweating rate are studied under different load carriage conditions through simulated marching experiment. The results show: (1) The human bodys heart rate and sweating rate are changed significantly when the load carriage is increased. (2) The human bodys average heart rate is 117bp/min when the load carriage is 30kg. It has achieved the optimum value of appropriate labor. (3) The human bodys average heart rate is over 140bp/min when the load carriage is 40kg. It has reached the heavy labor intensity. Thus, the appropriate individual human bodys load carriage in marching should be under 30kg and the maximum load carriage should not be over 40kg.
