Accident Round-table Discussion for Sharing Risk Information
This study revealed the problem of luck of communication and risk sharing in Japanese railway companies by questionnaire survey. Reflecting such a situation, to share risk information among workers, we developed the accident round-table discussion (ARD) system. It consists of three primary stages: (1) Discussion of Accident Image (DAI), (2) Discussion of Accident Causation (DAC), and (3) Discussion of Accident Prevention (DAP) (Figure 2). In addition, we evaluated the usefulness of the ARD system by questionnaire survey after conducting it.
