This thesis provides results of investigation and analysis about Human Factors apply in car industry, and also you can find some advice about the future development. This paper gives a general discussion about Human Factors and principles using in this area in the first instance, especially principles about safety and comfort. Then you can find investigations and analysis about the Car Body Structure、Safety 、Vehicle Seat、the energy saving automobile driven of Human Factor and car-designing which is mainly about the optimization of the apply of Human Factor in car-designing.
