Artificial Landmarks for Tackling Disorientation Problems in Using Video Magnifier

摘要：

The considerations of screen space design for displaying magnified window and original product image and the problem of disorientation are important concerns for video magnifier interface design. Detailed discussions were made on the three magnification modes viz. full screen, lens, and fixed-area; and to tackle the disorientation problem, artificial landmarks were proposed as a visual aid to improve the overall visual inspection performance.
