Under the conditions of economic globalization, goods and services crossborder transactions and international capital flows, increasing the size and form, a wide range of technology and rapid spread of industrial resources to accelerate the international flow rate, the deepening of the integration, correlation effects increase,resulting in industrial structure shows the evolution of a new trend. The face of the new round of international transfer of industrial restructuring, integration and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Bohai metropolitan region brought about by the rise of historic opportunity, the city should speed up industrial restructuring and optimization of industrial upgrading, and further optimize the environment for economic development in our city, enhance the socio-economic development.
