Co-ordination of economic and social development needs is the basic requirements of the scientific concept of development in foreign language training. At present, the requirements of the scientific concept of development is peopleoriented and establish a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept of development, promote development of technology and the human. This is also has important practical significance in the development of higher education. Training process of higher education has to be guided by the scientific concept of development and to promote the reform and development of teaching.
