Preliminary Analysis on the Construction of Conservation Industrial Cluster

Industrial cluster occupies a decisive position in the national economy system it is also a very important force to the economic growth of coastal areas. However, its worth noting that the brilliant achievements of our countys industrial cluster are built on the huge consumption of resource especially the traditional industries. The Huge consumption of resources directly related to the extensive development model of industry cluster. This pattern of development mainly manifested from two aspects: the extensive mode of economic operation and the extensive mode of economic growth. The economic operation mode is the traditional linear economic model — “resource-production-waste or the polluting before administering model. Economic growth fallows the extensive growth pattern that relies on the expansion of manufacturing.
