The Research of Current Situation of University Students Pioneering Consciousness and Cultivation
The consciousness of pioneering is a kind of psychological tendency, which plays a dynamic role in the pioneering activities, including several of psychological ingredients, such as needs, motivation, interests, ideas, beliefs and world view in mind etc. It focuses on the quality of performance about the characteristic of society in the progress of pioneering, dominants the poineers attitudes and behavior in the pioneering activities, and is an important component of pioneering quality. Faced with the severe employment situation for college graduates, to understand the consciousness of pioneering of the current status, to cultivate the pioneering capacity of university students so as to lead university students to do their own businesses, has become essential problems that to be solved by teachers and students.
