D-S Evidence Theory-Based Knowledge Fusion in Conceptual Design
To solve the fusion of uncertain knowledge in mechanical product conceptual design, a knowledge fusion method based on fuzzy Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is proposed. At first, mass function based on introducing fuzzy sets knowledge evidence space is built. Simultaneously, the method of weighting evidence and decision-making rules is studied. It not only resolves uncertain reasoning knowledge, but also promotes the effect of knowledge fusion. At last, the applications of knowledge fusion in the product conceptual design are analyzed, which shows this technique can be applied in the important steps like knowledge acquisition, knowledge, decision-making and solution evaluation.
