TOWARDS A PRODUCTIVE EFFECTIVE ACTION TECHNOLOGY
The change from an industrial society to a knowledge-based society implies the change in our competences and comprehensions of the organizational phenomena that we experienced, taking the human being in its totality as the primary element in the searching of more effective movements, pointing to a better integrative production processes performance. The necessity for the searching of mechanisms to the experience exploration is based in the assumption that says that the organizational performance only occurs in human beings that constitute it and make it possible and not in the measures that represents the performance of productive systems. Is in the collection of the individual performances, coordinated by their conversations, where the productivity and organizational performance emerges. So, the new tools in production research and management of effectiveness in different organizational processes must be centred in the same personnel of the organization. The paper shows the necessity for the creation of an enactive technology of self-observation that facilitates the search of effective action strategies in organizational operations for any observer that belongs to a production human activity system. The proposed technology is based in the observation of moods using the ontological tool CLEHES..
CLEHES Enaction Performance Management Production Effective Action.
