RESEARCH ON NEGOTIATION METHODS OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN CUSTOMER ORDER DECOUPLING POINT POSITION

Positioning of customer order decoupling point is a group decision making process which includes customers, suppliers, and manufacturers. Conflict can not be avoided because each decision maker has his own benefits and goals. It is important for positioning of customer order decoupling point to resolve conflict effectively and timely. Method of negotiation is used to resolve conflict caused by the difference of goals and benefits. Conflict problem is described in mathematic form in the first. Then, the negotiation method of conflict resolution based on game theory is studied and conflict negotiation model is set up. The Nash negotiation solution and the satisfaction degree-based solution of the model are presented. Finally, the concrete flow of conflict negotiation is established.
