THE EXPERT MODEL OF PRODUCTION SYSTEM WITH THE LOGISTIC SUPPORT – ALGORITHM OF CHOISE

The major aim of each production company is making profit by producing goods. Therefore the most important are issues connected to the production field and its surroundings. In practice, the efficient production system is a configuration of a company that allows the productivity reach highest level. The technological process is the main (superior) one in production companies. To make it really efficient, there must be a logistic support from other fields of companys activity: technical production preparation, maintenance, supply or quality. That means, all other companys areas are subordinate to the production area. The designed decision making algorithm based on the authors industry research presents possibilities of organizing production system and its surroundings (logistic support). The chosen methodology of the solution is based on the expert approach.
