THE COMPOUND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE FORMATION OF BANJO TYPE DRIVING AXLE HOUSING WITH WELDING-SEAMLESS
For saving materials and energy, reducing production cost and achieving green and quick manufacturing, in view of geometric character and workload, the compound forming technology with hydroforming bulge and hot reduced spinning of tube can be adopted in the formation of seamless driving axle housing. As a result, the integrated design of axle housing is possible. This new technology has claimed intellectual property rights, and made a breakthrough in the manufacturing of driving axle housing. Compared with the traditional stamping-welding technology, it has remarkably enhanced the product quality and eliminated the strenuous welding and stamping operations so that the process chain can be greatly reduced and materials and energy can be saved. Therefore, the new technology can bring about marked and comprehensive economic results as well as environment-friendliness and quick production.
