HUMAN FACTORS IN FLEXIBILITY CONCEPTS FOR INTRALOGISTICS

Results of the publicly funded research project.MensoLIn“ are presented here. This project focused on human factors in intralogistics. Intralogistics covers the organization, execution and improvement of in-house material flow. Within the project, human factors are related to planning and controlling tasks as well as performing tasks. The aim of MensoLIn was to support the execution of in-house logistics by transparent decision bases for the operation of technical systems, improvement of work places, best possible usage of resources, etc. The intention was to increase efficiency, satisfaction of the employees, scalability, and flexibility of intralogistic systems.
