THE RELATIONSHIP AMONG THE GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, QUALITY PRACTICES AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCES-A STUDY OF BACKLIGHT SYSTEM
The legislations of “Waste Electronics and Electrical Equipment and “Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substance in Electrical and Electronic Equipment make electronic businesses transform from quality oriented product specifications to the inclusion of new environmental oriented demands of product specifications. The goal of this study is to submit an appraisal structure of the management of the green supply chain through gathering and researching of the related literature, and to analyze the interaction between the green supply chain and business performances under the present quality management activities of domestic backlight module manufacturers using questionnaire analysis. Results show that quality management activities have positive effects on the management of the green supply chain. Moreover, management of green supply chain and the quality management activities have significantly positive effects on operation performance.
