A Sensorless Vector Control Induction Motor Drive Based on ADRC and Fluz Observer
This paper presented a novel speed sensorless vector control system of induction motor using the active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) with a flux observer. The controller is not overly dependent on the accurate mathematical model of motor, so the system is inherently robust, and it can estimate and compensate the general disturbance that includes the unknown internal dynamics and the external disturbance, so the rotor flux decouples with torque completely. A simple flux observer is used to observe rotor flux, then according to vector control theory of induction motor, we utilize the q-axis rotor flux converging to zero for speed estimation. Simulation results verified the validity and feasibility.
