Research on Strategic Supplier Selection of Supply Chain Based on Principal Component Analysis

摘要：

This paper indicates the implications and characteristics of supply chain, and the key evaluation index system in the course of selecting strategic supplier of supply chain is established and proposes an approach that Principal Component Analysis (PCA) can solve the problem of choosing the suppliers of supply chain. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
