The Ameliorating GM(1,1) Model Based on GA and Its Application

摘要：

In this paper, the effect against the precision of GM(1,1) model is analyzed. Then, the method of modificatory initial value based on GA is put forward. Moreover, the mechanism of Ameliorating GM(1,1) Model is showed. At last, the power quantity model of Shanghai city is built by applying the method. The application results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
