The M/M/1 Repairable Queueing System with Variable Breakdown Rates

摘要：

This paper considers the M/M/1 queueing system with service interruptions. The service station may breakdown, and the breakdown rate is changeable. A repairman maintains the service station. Using the transform method and generating function, we obtain the steady-state availability and mean queueing length of the system.
