Acquisition of three-dimensional information of minute object by digital holography
Digital holography is a new three-dimensional imaging and measurement technology. The acquisition method of three-dimensional information for minute object by digital holography is analyzed. The wavefront recording and reconstruction with off-axis configuration including lensless Fourier and Fresnel with pre-magnification is investigated. The experiments with the two recording setups have been conducted for a same minute object. Both the intensity and phase image with the resolution of approaching 1m is obtained. The results show that the higher resolution can be achieved by using digital holography with pre-magnification. But this configuration is more complicated than that of lensless Fourier configuration.
