How to Improve Scientific Research of Young Teachers
The young teachers are the strongest livingness in teaching, the hope for the development of the education. However, currently, many young teachers in universities have the potential to improve their abilities in researching. This paper made an elaborate analysis from the points of research concept, research attitude, research communion, research craftsmanship and research regulation, which can play an active role in guiding the young teachers to improve their research ability.
