The Application of Electro-rheological Technology on Electro-Hydraulic Braking Control System
Computation software package realizes modularity design of modeling for new high performance materials applied to electrical engineering for the first time. Using fuzzy neural networks control (FNNC), the assumption of 1-self-learning function is realized. This software package provides theoretical basis and device performance simulation methods for these materials application. The electro-rheological (ER) technology is as a novel frontier science with so many superior advantages and applications which has been given much attention to all over the world. The requirements for ER fluids substitution to traditional hydraulic oil are brought forward based on theory of ER effect and principle of engineering application. The control equation of ER valve is derived, and model of ER valve-cylinder actuator is constructed. A position control system based on ER valve-bridge actuator is simulated, and the performance of a hydraulic bridge circuit using for electro-rheological valves is analyzed. The simulation results show that the system has good dynamic performance.
