The study on pricing decision of supply chain with fuzzy retail prices
A two echelon supply chain system with one manufacturer and two retailers was considered in this paper. The manufacturer produces two differentiated products, and the two retailers sell them to the end consumer respectively. Through considering the retail prices of the two retailers as triangular fuzzy numbers, the optimal pricing decisions for the manufacturer and the two competing retailers was explored by using fuzzy theory and game theory. The expressions of optimal stackelberg equilibrium decisions for the manufacturer and for the two retailers were established.
