Spatial Cluster Analysis based on Evolutionary DNA Computing Technique

摘要：

Spatial clustering is an important area in cluster analysis. Up to now, most computing models are implemented mostly by traditional von Neumanns architecture. The purpose of this paper is to propose a simulated evolutionary DNA computing model and integrate DNA computing with cluster analysis. The proposed technique will apply for large scale, high parallel clustering problems potentially.
