Modelling on state transfer of DNA automaton

摘要：

A model for DNA automaton is proposed to illustrate the dynamics of the DNA computing. Simulation reveals that in steady-state the important intermediate product is produced slowly and maintains a relatively high concentration, resulting in a steady production of the final product.
