Preparation of Papain-carried Wood Cellulose Fiber in Ionic Liquid by Wet Spinning

With the rapid development of the global industries and the impact this is having on atmospheric and environmental conditions, increased radiations factors are becoming more problematic. This study describes the application of a kind of new green solvent composed of BMIM+Cl-)+(BMIM+BF4 -) ionic liquids by wet spinning to prepare papain-carried wood cellulose fibers. And the dissolution process of wood cellulose with high (DP) in mixed ionic liquids was observed until the spinning solution was prepared. The morphologies of the papaincarried wood cellulose fiber samples were observed by SEM. The results showed that the methods of heat treatment on nascent fibers had great Influence on the morphological structure of the fibers. The diameter of the fiber no being heated in the oven was bigger than that of the fiber being heated and the surface of the fiber being heated in the oven was more smooth than that of the the fiber no being heated.
