Relationship of Job Satisfaction, Social Support and Subjective Well-being in Catering Enterprise
To explore the influence of job satisfaction, social support on subjective well-being in the catering enterprises. 251 employees of the catering enterprises were investigated with General Well-Being Scale, Job Diagnostic Survey and Social Support Scale. Results showed that employees had significant gender difference on the others social support. The main effect of employees age was significant, there were significant interaction between education and age, between gender and education. The subject well-being, job satisfaction, and social support had significant correlations. Employees job satisfaction and social support were key factors which affected subject well-being. Employees job satisfaction and social support were importent factors which affected subject well-being in the catering enterprises.
