An Analysis of Health Loss due to PM10 in the Counties in Central China

摘要：

This paper estimates the health loss due to PM10 via the impacts pathway approach used for ExternE Project in the counties in Central China in 2006. The estimation results show that the external costs were 55.38 billion Yuan, amounting for 2.26 percent of GDP in Central China in 2006. The health loss contributed to the air pollutants have exceeded the meaning of economic costs, also implicated the level of social justice and society security in the counties in Central China.
