Industrialization of Coal Gas Stripping and Adsorption Process to treat Coking Waste Water Containing Ammonia

This paper uses the closed circulatory coal gas of coking plant to replace water vapour of the traditional Ammonia Stripping method to treat coking wastewater containing ammonia. The removing rate of NH3-N is 99.57% in the intermittent experimentation, the target of NH3-N can reach the national discharging second standard. On the basis of this, by simulating industrialization continuous experimentation, it gets that the best operating conditions are: wastewater temperature T=80℃, stripping time t=210 min, system pH=10.2,coal gas flowing Q=13m3/h (gas-liquid ratio is 750:1~1200:1), the volume(ml) of the fine chemicals:the wastewater volume(ml) n%=1:50000.Under the best conditions, the removing rate of NH3-N can reach 94.97%. The NH3-N content in the effluent meets biochemical processing requirements and after biochemistry processing, the target of NH3-N can reach the national discharging standard. It provides experience basis for this technology using to industrialization.
