Optimization and Application of dispersive liquidliquid microeztraction for decaBDE in water samples
A dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) method for the extraction of decabrominated diphenyl ether (decaBDE) at trace level in water samples has been developed. The effect of various experimental factors on the extraction procedure was investigated using multi-factorial design approach. According to the respond surface of extractive recovery (ER), the further optimization of DLLME was carried out and the results were obtained as follow: 1 mL acetone as dispersive system, 10 μL tetrachloroethylene as extractive system, 2.5% NaCl for the adjustment of ion strength with extraction period of 10 min and pH of 5-9. The optimization conditions were applied to the real water samples for the extraction of decaBDE, and the recovery of the target pollutant was reached with satisfactory, ranging from 94.11% to 112.35% for different water matrixes.
