Optimizing the Structures of Reclaimed Land Use in Coal Mining Area
Implementating land reclamation forms a pivotal point for ecological restoration in coal mining area. Based on the analysis of a collection of factors including investment, benefit, employment, production and living demand, this paper adopt linear programming technique to optimize the structures of land reclamation in Banji coal mining area, China. The results indicate that the land reclamation for the purpose of fishing ponds, grain supplies, fruit gardens, feed supplies and services are optimized under constraint of fix capital stock. This approach needs investment of 48.053 million and resolves employment of 2909 persons. Maximum annual net revenue is 29.3 million and the turnover period of investment is 5.2 years with a compound interest of 10%.
