Conceptualizing Service Innovation and Service Innovation Model Constructing

With the global economic trend that service industry became more and more important; the service industry will be the key point among a number of major economic issues of China in the future. The service innovation research has been the hot spot in the academia. Through the collection and integration of the literatures related to the service innovation, based on characteristics of in service innovation, the customer knowledge theory and service innovation theory, it designs the service innovation model from the five-dimensioned model with regard to new service ideology and concept, new client interface, new service delivery system/organization and new service transfer system.
