Research on the knowledge Management Model of Knowledge-Intensive Based Services
On the base recognizing of knowledge management characteristics of the Knowledge Intensive Based Services (KIBS), the paper discusses the knowledge management two-dimensional structure of the KIBS. The finding suggests the knowledge management of the KIBS has the synthesized attributes combination of human resources and technology. It is distinct from the knowledge management of manufacturing enterprises and general services. The study indicates that the knowledge management model of the KIBS can promote the sharing and interaction of the knowledge and improve the competition of the KIBS through codification mode and personalization mode.
