Career Success of Service Personnel: The Effects of Perceived Organizational Support and Career Commitment

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among service personnels perceived organizational support (POS), career commitment and career satisfaction, 219 service persons were assessed. The results were as follows: (1) There was a significantly positive correlation between perceived organizational support and career success.(2) Career commitment had positive effects on service personnels career success.
