The study of service innovations model for Chinese telecom operators —China Mobile Ltd as an ezample

This paper choose Chinese telecom operators as the research objects, based on the driving force of service innovations models to explore the internal and external driving forces that promote service innovations for telecom operators, based on this and the four-dimensional model of services innovation, find out the system of service innovations model for telecom enterprise, and China Mobile Ltd as an example to explain.
