An Empirical Study on the Psychological Contract Structure of Service Enterprise: With Bank for Ezample
On the basis of psychological contract studies at home and abroad this paper analyses service enterprises and draws a psychological contract model for the service enterprise and customer through defining customer psychological contract concept under the marketing situation. Also, it explores the composition of various structural dimensions. It remains to see if contract model can be applied to service business strategies.
